Zeus has been an absolute pleasure since we brought him into our home early 2005. Had I have known then what I know now about him, he would have already been titled. I have had boxers for 13 years and never had I had one that was so eager to please and easily trained. He is in my opinion, a once in a lifetime dog. His protection is wonderful and we feared he might be to domanant working with my 11 year old son Dakota in obedience. Well, he fooled everyone. Dakota has worked him in ob for 6 short weeks (on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings) and he has him healing, sit and stay offlead, down and stay offlead and continue to do well. He has shown no domanance towards Dakota. Zeus has won Dakota's heart, who never cared that much for dogs. Dakota now is longing to become a helper and wants to continue working in the sport. If Zeus had not been so easy to work, I feel Dakota would probably not be as driven as he is. He loves the comments he received from other members and his confidence is high with Zeus at his side. This has stated his love for the sport and I hope that they have several more years together. They have been in a team in the sport of schutzhund since December 2007. They both have great potential. To both Dakota and Zeus, we are proud of you both.
